2015 „Daniel“ Spätburgunder trocken
Alc: 13,5 %Vol., Rs: 2,1 g/l, Acidity: 6,1 g/l
The best four barriques from our vineyards in Hattenheim and Hallgarten joined forces to yield this concentrated, ripe Pinot Noir wine. Aromas of berry fruit and spices complete the influence of oak by the French barrique.
Alc: 14,0 %Vol., Rs: 2,2 g/l, Acidity: 6,0 g/l
Only in peak years we produce red wines from the Hassel. This elegant Pinot Noir is berry-elegant with deep structure and fine tannins, which point to a long and great future.
Alc: 13,5 %Vol., Rs: 2,3g/l, Acidity: 6,3g/l
A modern and extremely top-quality Pinot Noir. Complex nose with red fruits and a basket full of spices, dense structure, velvety and with long lasting finish – a homage to the founder of the estate, Georg Müller.
Alc: 13,5 %Vol., Rs: 2,1 g/l, Acidity: 6,1
A treasure of vineyard, surrounded by an old vineyard wall, this high-quality plot gives us fully-ripened deep complex grapes every year. Herbal and berry aromas change, there is a lot to discover. A full-bodied mouth feeling with warmth, elegance and finesse.
Alc: 13 %Vol., Rs: 2,2 g/l, Acidity: 5,5 g/l
An absolute rarity and a diva as well. Yields from the Frühburgunder grape, an earlier ripening mutation of Spätburgunder, are always very low, not least due to the grape’s thin, sensitive skins. But under favorable conditions, it yields a wine that shows ripe fruit, complexity, and depth. After aging for at least ten months in barriques, the tannins are velvety and round out the wine’s texture on the palate.
Alc: 13 %Vol., Rs: 3,8g/l, Acidity: 6,3g/l
Our entry into the world of Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) of Georg Müller Stiftung. Selective harvesting by hand, mash fermentation, produced 100 % in French barriques. The 2015 vintage gave us fantastic grapes full of aromas and velvety tannins.
